Michael Fry, President Michael Fry, president of CFO Strategies, is responsible for overall company operations. He brings extensive financial and operational experience in high-growth business environments to our team. He has led consulting engagements for our public clients in various industries, including banking, utilities, biotechnology, medical instruments, real estate investment trusts, and online gaming. Michael was previously a project manager with CBIZ/Nation Smith Hermes Diamond, assisting clients with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance implementation. He was also formerly CFO of Front Porch, a developer of content management and customer service software for global telecommunications carriers, and COO of International Business Simulations, Inc., a developer of management training software for Fortune 1000 firms. Michael received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a Master of Arts in Pacific International Affairs from the University of California at San Diego. He has also completed executive training in financial management from Stanford Business School. Michael is an active member of both the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). | | Matt Stamper, Vice President of
Development | Matt Stamper, vice president of development for CFO
Strategies, leads the company's technology development. As a Certified
Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Matt brings a depth of understandingof IT best practices, technologies, and compliance requirements to our
product development efforts. Prior to joining CFO Strategies, Matt worked
in the managed services industry helping firms design highly available
and highly resilient application architectures. Matt previously was a
District Manager with VeriCenter; the Western Region Solutions Manager
for AT&T (Enterprise Hosting Division); Vice President of Business
Development for Front Porch, Inc.; and an International Support
Executive for AT&T Global Services Division. Matt received a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Political Science from the University of California at San Diego, where
he graduated with Honors and Distinction. Matt’s graduate studies
include a Master of Arts in Pacific International Affairs from the
University of California at San Diego and a Master of Science degree in
Telecommunications sponsored by AT&T. | |
